Hamblen Primary Care provides complete medical care for pediatric to adult patients. Our office is led by board-certified internal medicine physician Dennis Rainwater, MD, who has more than 35 years of medical experience and is skilled in the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of chronic and acute illnesses. Dr. Rainwater is supported by Tammy Ashburn, NP and Elizabeth Howard, FNP, who work closely to provide excellent primary care for all of our patients. Thank you for learning more about our office.
